L’Associazione ALFA MODEL CLUB organizza nei giorni dal 3 al 5 Settembre 2021, la XXIII Edizione di EUROMA, presso l’Hotel Villa EUR, P.le Champagnat 2, Roma

1) Sono ammessi al concorso tutti i modelli statici delle seguenti CATEGORIE:

A         – AEREI, ELICOTTERI MILITARI E CIVILI

B         – MEZZI MILITARI

C         – FANTASY, SCI-FI, SCIENZA

D         – MEZZI E DIORAMI CIVILI

E         – FIGURINI (da 25 mm a 120 mm, busti, esordienti, standard e master)

F          – DIORAMI MILITARI

G         – NAVALE

J          – JUNIORES

P          – FIGURINI PIATTI

S          – SQUADRE SUBBUTEO

W         – WARGAME

Chi intenda concorrere nella categoria NAVALE è tenuto ad avvisare l’Organizzazione, agli indirizzi in fondo specificati, entro il 1 settembre 2021, precisando il nome del modello e le sue dimensioni.

L’ALFA MODEL si riserva il diritto di non accettare i modelli navali, qualora il numero e il tipo degli stessi non corrisponda alla segnalazione inviata.

2) All’atto dell’iscrizione dovrà essere corrisposta una quota di Euro 16,00 a modellista, quale rimborso parziale per i costi sostenuti.

L’iscrizione al concorso comporta l’accettazione del regolamento nel suo complesso. Il concorso è aperto a tutti i modellisti italiani e stranieri. Il concorso è aperto sia a Club che a singoli modellisti.

I soci ALFA MODEL non possono partecipare al concorso.

L’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di non accettare modelli che non siano attinenti con le caratteristiche del Concorso.

La quota non deve essere corrisposta dagli JUNIORES (fino a 14 anni).

3) Il Concorso è “OPEN” ed è suddiviso in categorie “STANDARD”, “MASTER” e “ESORDIENTI” solo per i Figurini Storici (Categoria E). “STANDARD” e “MASTER” per tutto il resto delle categorie (Categoria A, B, C, F, G, I e L), esclusa la categoria D – Mezzi e Diorami Civili.

La categoria “MASTER” è aperta a tutti i modellisti che hanno ricevuto riconoscimenti a livello nazionale ed internazionale, ciò non preclude a chiunque si ritenesse all’altezza di un confronto ad alto livello, di iscriversi a suddetta categoria. L’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di iscrivere d’ufficio alla categoria “MASTER” quei modellisti di riconosciuto valore. Sarà possibile presentare i propri modelli corredati di DISPLAY, la realizzazione di questi sarà a cura del partecipante, in uno spazio max. di cm 30 di lunghezza e di cm 20 di profondità. Eventuali elaborati, iscritti a qualsiasi categoria, con dimensioni superiori a cm 30 x 30, dovranno essere comunicati preventivamente all’Organizzazione: in caso contrario l’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di non ammetterli a concorso.

L’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di trasferire gli elaborati, ove sia necessario, nella categoria a loro consona.

Per diorami si intende una realizzazione che contenga al suo interno almeno un mezzo grande e due figurini inserito in un contesto o ambientazione, mentre per scenette si intende una realizzazione con almeno quattro figurini.

4) Le Giurie saranno composte da modellisti e collezionisti esterni.

Il giudizio delle Giurie è insindacabile e inappellabile. I partecipanti possono comunque chiedere chiarimenti ai giudici, ma soltanto a manifestazione conclusa ed in maniera cortese ed educata. Le Giurie e gli Organizzatori non sono responsabili di controversie legate alla proprietà dei modelli.

5) CONTEST e PREMI SPECIALI: sono previsti una serie di CONTEST e PREMI SPECIALI.

Per maggiori informazioni consultare il sito. I pezzi iscritti alla gara saranno automaticamente iscritti al contest di riferimento.

6) CONSEGNA MODELLI: la consegna dei modelli potrà avvenire nella giornata di Venerdì 3 Settembre, ore 15.00 – 19.00 e Sabato 4 Settembre, ore 09.00 – 13.00, presso la sala dell’Hotel Villa EUR, P.le Champagnat 2. Ogni concorrente dovrà consegnare unitamente ai pezzi la scheda di partecipazione online, compilata in ogni parte. In caso d’iscrizione presso la manifestazione il concorrente dovrà essere munito di un elenco scritto in modo leggibile con le descrizioni dei modelli da iscrivere, per non rallentare il sistema di ricevimento. Non saranno accettate schede incomplete nelle parti fondamentali. E’ possibile presentare modelli in teca propria. L’Associazione ALFA MODEL predisporrà un servizio fisso di vigilanza ed adotterà tutte le cautele ritenute opportune a preservare l’integrità dei modelli; comunque si declina in ogni caso, ogni responsabilità in caso di danneggiamento e/o furto dei modelli stessi. Si tiene a precisare che gli organizzatori si riservano la facoltà di non esporre modelli giudicati eccessivamente fragili o che possano offendere il pubblico.

Dal 1 Luglio al 2 Settembre  sarà possibile effettuare la PREISCRIZIONE ON-LINE, collegandosi al sito www.alfamodel.eu,  che consentirà di velocizzare le procedure di iscrizione dei modelli.

Per diminuire i tempi di attesa dei modellisti presso la segreteria, nella stessa mail di conferma e riepilogo dei modelli iscritti, in fondo alla pagina, trovate un link che vi permette la stampa delle etichette (es.: C3 – 1203) per i singoli modelli; una volta stampate (solo i codici senza riportare il nome del modello) dovete applicarle sulle basi in modo visibile. Questa parte è molto importante.

I modelli non ritirati saranno conservati per un mese, declinando ogni responsabilità per eventuali danneggiamenti. Scaduto tale termine e non reclamati, i modelli diverranno proprietà dell’ALFA MODEL. L’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di fotografare e/o filmare i modelli in concorso, di inserire tali immagini nel proprio sito, e di utilizzarle in vario modo ma comunque senza alcuno scopo di lucro.

EUROMA 2021

The ALFA MODEL CLUB will organize the XXIII Edition di EUROMA on September 3 to 5 2021, at the Hotel Villa EUR, P.le Marcellino Champagnat 2, 00144 Rome.

1) The following static model CATEGORIES may take part in the contest/exhibition:

A         – MILITARY AND CIVIL AIRCRAFT, HELICOPTERS

B         – MILITARY VEHICLES

C         – FANTASY & GLAMOUR, SCI-FI

D         – CIVIL VEHICLES AND DIORAMAS

E         – FIGURES (from 25 mm to 120 mm, busts, beginners, standard and master)

F          – MILITARY DIORAMAS

G         – NAVAL MODELS

J          – JUNIORES

P          – FLAT FIGURES

S          – SUBBUTEO TEAMS

W         – WARGAMES

Those intending to participate in the NAVAL category need to notify the Organization, see contacts at the end of this note, by 1 September, 2021, stating the model’s name and its dimensions. ALFA MODEL reserves the right to reject naval models, which do not correspond to the description sent by the modeller.

2) Registration costs Euro 16,00 per modeller, which will be cover part of the exhibit expenses.

Registration to the contest implies the acceptance of the present rules. The contest is open to all national and foreign modellers, whether they be Clubs or individual modellers.

ALFA MODEL members cannot take part in the contest.

The Organization reserves the right to reject models not compatible with the contest’s model type characteristics.

JUNIORES under 14 years of age do not need to pay for registration.

3) The contest is “OPEN” and is divided into the “STANDARD”, “MASTER” and “BEGINNER” sub-categories only for the historical Figures (Category E), whereas only the “STANDARD” e “MASTER” sub-categories are available for Categories A, B, C, F, G, I e L, that is, excluding category D – Civil vehicles and dioramas.

The “MASTER” category is open to all modellers who have already received national and international prizes; however, this doesn’t mean that other modellers who think that they may be eligible for this high-level competition may not register in this category. The Organization reserves the right to register modellers of known experience and merit as “MASTER”. It will be possible to present one’s models as a DISPLAY, the realization of which will be the modeller’s responsibility, the display occupying a max space of cm 30 length x cm 20 depth. Displays with dimensions over cm 30 x 20 need to be notified to the Organization in advance and the Organization reserves the right to reject them.

The Organization reserves the right to transfer the displays to the appropriate category, in case of incompatibility with the category chosen by the modeller.

A “diorama” is defined as a model containing at least a large vehicle or aircraft ad two figures, in an environment, while “small scene” (scenette) is defined as a model including at least four figures.

4) The Juries will be composed of modellers and collectors.

The Juries’ judgment is unquestionable. However, participants may question judges for clarifications, but only after the competition ending and in a courteous way. The Juries and organizers are not to be held responsible for model ownership.

5) CONTEST and SPECIAL PRIZES are also to be given out.

6) MODEL SUBMISSION: will take place on Friday 3 September, from 15.00 to 19.00 and Saturday 4 September, from 09.00 to 13.00, in the exhibit room of the Hotel Villa EUR, P.le Marcellino Champagnat 2, 00144 Rome. Each modeller must turn in both the models and the print of the registration form completely filled in online. In case of the modeller registering at the moment of model submission (in case of the impossibility to pre-register online), he/she will need to turn in a legible list of models and their description, category, etc., so as not to slow down the registration process. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted. It is possible to display models in a display case property of the modeller. The ALFA MODEL Association will set up a surveillance service so as to preserve the models’ integrity; however, responsibility for theft or damage to models is declined by the Association. We also point out that the organizers reserve the right not to display models, which are too fragile or offensive to the public.

From July 1 to September 2, 2021 online pre-registration will be open on the www.alfamodel.eu site, which will accelerate model registration.

PLEASE DO USE THIS FACILITY!!!!

In order to reduce wait time at the secretariat, you’ll find a link leading to the printable labels (e.g. C3 – 1203) for your models, at the end of the confirmation mail after online pre-registration. Once you printed your labels (containing only the codes, without the models’ names), please apply them to your model base so they are well visible. This action is VERY important.

Exhibit hours:

Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Sunday 09:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; after 2:30 p.m. models relative to the 12 noon prize-giving are to be collected by owners.

PRIZE-GIVING:

Models MUST be collected by modellers starting Sunday 2:30 p.m. (after exhibit closing)

Model collection by modellers continues after the end of prize-giving.

Models that have not been removed will be kept for a month, all responsibility for damage being declined. After this period, all unclaimed models will become property of ALFA MODEL. The Organization reserves the right to photograph and file models and to post the resulting pictures and videos on its site, or to utilize them in various ways, however always without any commercial purpose.
